Aging claim mismatch worth checking: Riverbend’s FAQ says all its beef is aged 21 days in the aging coolers (method not stated), which is what the board uses. The Homestead 1/8 Beef Bundle page separately lists "Aged 28 days for maximum tenderness and flavor." Melaleuca’s Riverbend About page also says Black Label is aged 28 days.
